You are looking for a “well camoed” container. NO need to move cache, just the top (this will make sense once found).
Beware Muggles can come from either side!!!!

Some people don't know where this road goes.. I say keep on going around and enjoy the scenery from over the water ways. Beautiful views. Bring ya lunch and cuppa!
Or bring your kayaks and explore under the harbour bridge and around local reserves!
