Un vaisseau de béton dans un écrin de verdure

FRANCAIS

Cette cache vous fera découvrir la cité radieuse de Rezé (appelée Maison radieuse par ses habitants) qui a été construite en 1955 par l’architecte Le Corbusier. Installée dans un parc boisé de 6 hectares et au pied d'une pièce d'eau, elle fait 52 m. de haut, 108 m. de long, et 19 m. de large. Elle comprend 294 logements répartis sur 17 étages et accessibles par 6 rues intérieures. Ils peuvent accueillir 1400 personnes. Les appartements sont en duplex montant ou descendant et profitent de la double orientation est-ouest de chaque côté de l'immeuble ou sont exposés au sud.

This hidden place will make you discover the radiant city of Rezé (called radiant House by her inhabitants) which was built in 1955 by the architect Le Corbusier. Installed in a wooded park of 6 hectares and at feet of an ornamental lake, it makes 52 m. of top, 108 m. of length, and 19 m. of wide. It includes 294 flats distributed on 17 floors and accessible by 6 internal streets. They can welcome 1400 persons. Flats are in rising or downward duplex and take advantage of the double east-west orientation on each side of the building or are exposed to the South.
