Geocache Description:

Bethel Pioneer Cemetery is a nice place to look for your Irish and Scottish ancestors. The people buried here cleared the land in this area, including the farm that I live on. Take the time to read the old stones. It's amazing and tragic to see how short some lives were in the 1800's. This can be a quick grab and go if you're in a hurry. Mennonite Muggles may be present, especially on Sunday as they head to church. Park on Sideroad 4 as it is safer and may prevent horses from spooking at your parked vehicle. Note: Sideroad 4 has no winter maintenance. After your visit here, be sure to find "A Bridge Too Far", a lovely cache only a few 100 meters from here.
