A walk around the Nature Reserves of Bradley Woods and Dixon Woods.
These caches are placed with the kind permission of NELC Environment Dept. so please keep to the footpaths and do not damage the surrounding areas. All caches have been placed close to a footpath.
Cache 1 is micro in a camo bag and contains a log only so bring your own pen. As is common in wooded areas the coordinates are suspect but were checked and double checked, however we would appreciate being informed of any variation in coordinates. The caches can be collected in any order but we have numbered them for convenience only.
The less used Dixon Woods does have footpaths but they are not wide and are overgrown, therefore it is not really suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Please take care when crossing the road. There is plenty of free parking in Bradley Woods. (N53 32.107, W000 07.668)
Please note that the gates to these woods are closed at dusk.
