created by movemaine, this was his daughters first cache. Was asked to adopt because of the high tick volume. So use caution, high tick area.

Duct tape can fix everything...even this huge crack.
This is our first cache, so enjoy and let us know if there are any issues or suggestions for improvement.
You can approach this cache from 2 directions depending on how much of a challenge you want.
For those wanting a short hike - park at CMP on the right, and follow the trail.
For those wanting a longer, more challenging hike - park at the Airport Cemetery and follow the Augusta Recreation trails at the end of the cemetery. This will take you around the airport to the cache location.

UPDATE - June 4th, 2011 - area seems to harbor a lot of ticks in spring & early summer. May be be best to avoid with kids and/or without proper gear or repellant. My family and I just went to check on the cache and each of us removed several ticks from our clothes.
