This cache is
located in old abandoned picnic area on the north side of
Norfolk.
Cache is a unique,
home-made specialized camo container located on the old bathroom
facilities. The area has heavy cover, but there is a sidewalk
that is still useable. Absolutely NO SPECIAL TOOLS are
needed to open the container. Your hands alone will
work. No pen, so BYOP.
