Welcome to the Low Tide Labor Day Hawking and Gawking Cache. Ok, so I realize it's a bit after Labor Day at this point but the cache was originally inspired during a Labor Day weekend of caching and sitting in beach traffic.
This cache is honor of that stand still traffic coming in from Tybee Island on Labor Day Weekend. What better reason to pull off on a side road, pull over and walk the marsh for a cache. Take heed of the name....it could be the difference between clean floor mats and muddy floor mats. Also park at the listed coordinates. This is a marsh cache and pulling off the road may result in more than you getting stuck in the mud. Besides, the walk is pleasant and at times entertaining. Be sure to bring a camera...and listen out for some hawking and gawking on Labor Day Weekend.
This cache is basically a park (and a stretch the legs walk..and maybe some trail blazing) and grab. The container is big enough to hold some trade items. Due to the shape of the container please be sure to return the log book in the same manner in which it was retrieved from cache. Enjoy the cache.
