Risk is a strategic board game, produced by Parker Brothers (now a division of Hasbro). It was invented by French film director Albert Lamorisse and originally released in 1957, as La Conquête du Monde ("The Conquest of the World"), in France. Risk is a turn-based game for two to six players. The standard version is played on a board depicting a political map of the Earth, divided into forty-two territories, which are grouped into six continents. Players attempt to capture territories from other players by rolling higher die numbers. The game is won when one player has managed to occupy every territory.

To get to the coordinates of the cache you need to solve the puzzle.
Puzzle:
The map below contains the 42 territories that are used in the game of Risk. When you click on each territory, it will take you to a geocache that is hidden in that territory of the real World. Take note of the coordinates for each of the 42 territories in decimal format. Do it in decimal. It is much easier in decimal and make sure you account for positives and negatives. Once you collect the coordinates in decimal format for all 42 territories, find the average coordinate of all 42 coordinates. To get the average, just find the average of the latitudes, just add up all the latitudes and divide by 42. Then add up all the longitudes and divide by 42. This will give you a new coordinate in latitude and longitude decimal. From this new coordinate do the following "Great Circle" projection: 8817.883809 km @ 312.71643950369° which will give you the final coordinates.
This link may help you with the projection.
