this is the 1st in a series of caches from Alton along footpaths to the Staffordshire way, it can be done as a circular walk. Not suitable for pushchairs as across fields, but has fantastic views.
Park at N52.979410 W001.888090 and you will walk approx 5 mins to the 1st cache.
This cache shows some of the views around the Alton Towers area, I walk this route with my dogs at least once a week. From the cache you can see the cable cars at Alton Towers theme park. Cache can only fit a log book so take a pencil.
you will need to pop through a stile for the cache, then return to the original field to continue to the route.
