Geocache Description:

This is not the actual location of the cache, although the cache is very close.

You will need a pencil, a piece of paper and a few minutes.

Located beside a Moravian church which dates back to the late 1800s, King William Park is one of the smallest open spaces in Belfast.

The park contains a large and obvious artefact, donated by the New Belfast Community Arts Initiative in June 2005.

Go to the given location. As you look at the artefact, find the code in the leftmost sector. This code is the key to rotation.

The encrypted message which follows does not use the system with which geocachers are familiar.
