Camo matchholder placed near new picnic area/trailhead
The Chamissoso canyon parking area, with nearby trailhead, is brand new and maybe was not open yet (garbage cans were still shrink-wrapped) when cache was placed nearby. Should be a gorgeous facility with picnic tables, restrooms, real parking (not the side of the road stuff I am used to) and some nice trails nearby.
Cache is in a slightly rougher area (please watch for cactus, etc) but within 100 ft of the facility.
To get to parking; turn off Hwy 337 (South 14) east to Chamiso Canyon Rd (1-2 miles south of Tijeras). Alternate parking (until facility opens) is just a few hundred feet up road on right at trailhead.
