The hunt for the criminal mastermind and elusive Carmen Sandiego continues....  

Recently ACME operatives were conducting surveillance operations of a suspected V.I.L.E. dead drop, when they observed a V.I.L.E. henchman dropping off something suspicious. The ACME operatives took a surveillance photo depicting the location of the dead drop. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to locate the V.I.L.E. dead drop and obtain any information that might be useful in future operations.  Ensure you are properly prepared in the event you encounter any V.I.L.E. countermeasures.  Obey all traffic signs and avoid obtaining traffic citations, so as not to compromise ACME field operatives.
