This cache will take you to Westwood Lake Park for a nice walk. Two options to park your car: short walk (N 49 10.004' W 124 00.607') or longer walk (N 49 09.789' W 123 59.840'). The coordinates are quite accurate but you still might have to look around a bit.
Small camoed lock 'n lock container big enough to receive small trackables and trinkets. There is a little treat for the FTF.
Original content: the most beautiful coin that I've seen so far (to move along not to keep), logbook and pen, several new little items to trade.
Be aware of the muggles walking on the lake's trails. Please keep the logbook in the well sealed ziploc and carefully rehide the container exactly at the same place. Bring a pen just in case.
