On the Plantation Loop, this cache is accessible all year round.
This should be an easy find - good quad ride, good mountain bike ride, or a long hike. It is also accessible on ski-doo or even in a car or truck, but a car is not recommended.
The location of the hide should be obvious upon arrival. A little hunting around the object should give you the smiley face. The cache is a small lock-n-lock container with a few trinkets within.
