There are three water falls along this trail; Upper Butte Creek Falls, Lower Butte Creek Falls, and this one with the simple title of Butte Creek Falls.
Cache is located a short distance from the top of the falls just inches from the trail. No need to do any bushwhacking at all, just look for a "U" shaped stump and carefully remove the moss in the center and grab the ammo can.
