onecrazycanadian: Hi,

The low health score on this cache has remained below 60 since our last contact. I see no sign of any maintenance being done to correct this and I have had no response from the owner since my last contact. Due to the lack of response I have no idea if any corrective action has been taken. Consequently I am archiving the cache at this time. If the owner does happen to complete the maintenance required and wish to activate the cache again just let me know and I will consider unarchiving it once the issue is resolved.

This cache holds special money, it symbolizes the cultural diversity in Steinbach, Manitoba.

This cache is also a tribute to its cuz "Cold Hard Cache" at the Mint in Winnipeg.
Coins for coins and bills for bills, please exchange items that are equivalent.

I recommend that you look for it at night, because its on a bizzy intersection.

as well as good effort from Short Cache for coming in a very close second place.

To all you cachers out there, don't be discouraged on not being the FTF, as time gos on I will give incentives for being the next person.
