PGCAR2010: Secret Chambers and Hidden Treasures

Since I was a student at the College of New Caledonia many years ago, I have always know about this organization and have, at times, attended their secret meetings. What happens behind closed doors is not for the public to speculate, but this is one of the most active 'organizations' around this town.
This cache is meant to show you, the caching world, that this secret society is at work in your community!
PS. Don't park in the Bus Stop!!!
