This one is located near a popular stopping place along Highway 11/276. It should be a quick cache, if, that is, you can find it without being discovered, as there can be Many muggles around, as well as escaping the eyes of the folks in the business located here.
Do not fear, however, as they have given permission for the cache and are quite happy to sit back and watch you, perhaps getting a laugh or two at your expense as you search) Say Hi! to "Tooter" if you see her.
