I've decided that there are not enough caches in this area, so here I am, making some!
This cache is placed at the top of a spur rd off of the Parpala Rd. About half way up the road there is a yellow sign stating that it is private property and shall only be accessed by walking, horseback or biking... that statement is for where the road is gated at the top, close to the cache site. It is completely permitted to drive all the way to the top. Cache is a small yellow plastic container with a lid. I have placed a log book, pencil and a few swag items. Have a nice drive and keep your eyes peeled :) you may get the chance at spotting some elk!
UPDATE 1/6/2012:
Placed a new container tonight in preparation for the long beach cache machine. Container is now a large ammo can with strawberry shortcake mickey d's toys and a geocoin placed by kit67. Happy caching!
