A fairly quick easy drive-up with just a short but maybe nasty bushwhack. No poisonous plants, but you may encounter many cockleberry stickers. Legal street parking is available close to gz.
Enjoy one of Schaumburg’s least-discovered areas of native biodiversity plantings. About ten years ago, this area was extensively re-planted with native plants in an effort to make amends for a number of trees that had been removed. A bike path loop can be accessed to further take advantage of all the beauty the area offers: wetlands, prairie, woodlands, and even some slight elevation changes.
Wiley Farm Court is a relatively new road which was originally the entrance to the Frank and Loie Wiley Farm which is west of Plum Grove Road and just south of the Tollway. Today it is an entrance road to an office building complex.
