Congratulations to "anna lisa" once again for FTF. This cache is going to be a challenge. It's in plain sight, but can be easily overlooked. Be cautious of mugglers as this location is at the South Cobb Public Library. You may need the hint to find it. Bring a pencil/pen to sign the log.
Very easy access. Just park and walk right up to the area. The area is away from the main entrance to the library, so you will not be in plain sight. Still, exercise caution and not get caught in the act of finding the cache or returning the cache.
