Cache is located off of the Seneca Trail. There is an overlook area off of Lead Mine Mountain Rd. You will see a dried up (or full) marshy area with a lot of cat tails. There is an entry to an old logging/mining? road that is blocked off with concrete barriers. Head in and go towards the right. If marshy area is full of water you will probably have to find another way in.
You will see the gigantic wind turbines to both your left (or behind you) and to the right. The cache is located within a straight line of the turbines. The cache is concealed fairly well, but check spoiler/hint for more info.
