Sloss Furnaces is an awesome place, with lots of spirit...err, ghosts...err, history. One you'll learn about in particular is Theophilus Calvin Jowers. Be sure to keep a look out for him while you're looking for this cache.
It's going to be a tough one to look for. There should be no need to climb on anything.
