Was driving by and couldn't resist because the cache name and date were perfect!
It just happened to be Sept 11th and I was driving by these two identical towers and it seemed appropriate to place a cache here to commemorate that fateful day in history.
These are old grain storage tanks that haven't been used for over 30 years. I remember going with my Dad to unload trucks of grain here when I was still very young. There was a railroad spur that came from Delta to pick up the grain. All these railroad lines have been torn up and these storage silos have been left vacant.
