Tårnet av KNM ULA S300 er satt opp for å visualisere DORA 1 som krigsminne. Dora 1 ble bygget som reparasjonsdokk og hjemmehavn for ubåter tilhørende den 13. Tyske Unterseebootsflottille stasjonert i Trondheim under 2. verdenskrig. KNM ULA S300 var operativ i den Norske marine i perioden 1965-1990.

The conning tower of HNoMS ULA S300 is put on display at the seaside of the Dora 1 submarine pen in order to visualise the building as a historical site. Dora 1 was originally constructed as a maintenance pen for the submarines and home harbour for the 13th German Unterseebootsflottille stationed in Trondheim during WW2. KNM ULA S300 did service in the Royal Norwegian Navy between 1965 and 1990.
