Jane's Place
When placing this cache the trip up was a hands, feet and -at
times- knees scramble. And that's before you get to the small cave.
Bring a torch if you like to explore - it's small and safe as
houses. I looked for the extremely rare and officially protected
Nelson
Cave Spider (Spelungula cavernicola)as well as any
Cave Weta (Gymnoplectron acanthocerum), but found
nobody home. Until I looked at some of the photos and I caught one
weta in the flash. Poor thing must still be trying to get its night
vision back.

Going down may prove even more fun - make sure you have good
tread on the shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty -
especially if you explore all of the cave. Please make sure the
cache can't fall from its spot when you have put it back.
