This cache is a 35mm film pot placed approximately 0.5m above ground level. Sorry, it is probably not accessible to wheelchair cachers.
The Watch the Birdie! Series is based on the temporary locations where those gallant people who strive, rain or shine, day and night, to make our roads that little bit safer.
This is a long straight 40mph road along which it can be tempting to put your foot down on (I wonder how that will translate for our European neibours?). So it is not unusual to have cars whizzing down this road at 50+.

If you don't want to get caught - don't do it!
There is off-road parking for a several cars near to the final location.

To find the cache:
North: subtract 0.017 Minutes from the published cordinate [so down a bit]; and
East: subtract 0.033 Minutes from the published cordinate [so left a bit].
