The location involves walking down (or up) some steps - depending on which direction you approach it from.
Located in one of Lerwick's myriad of lanes which rise from Commercial Street to the appropriately named Hillhead. Closely built houses - in some lanes you can touch the walls of either side at the same time - for the working people of the time, the houses of the more well to do are on the other side of the hill away from the harbour.
Free parking is available in what locals call the old swimming pool car park. Before the new pool was built at Clickimin the site held Lerwick's pool, all that is left now is a car park which is confusing to newcomers, but part of the town's history! ;-)
The cache is a lock and lock container containing small swap items, log book and pen. When replacing the cache please make sure it is tucked in and not visible to passing children's eyelevel.
