These two caches where placed in memory of Alvin Haywood. Each fall Alvin would enjoy a trip that took him from this area in Talladega where he grew up, through Germany mountains, and over into Clay County. Even though he is no longer with us, we still think of him each fall when we are able to enjoy the nature around us on this beautiful trip.
