The first stage is at listed coordinates and has the coordinates and combination . This cache has a twist during Elk Festival in September.
We have the common small town problem "There's nothing for the kids to do!" It is a challenge to place a cache in a prominent location, and still secure it from the muggles and vandals. The final cache is a large ammo can that is locked and chained down.
