Spent my childhood swimming, fishing and playing on the beach here. Still visit every year and wanted to place a cache in honor of a great vacation spot.
Located at the end of Old Lake Road. May be tricky getting there as it's a dead end road. The entrance to Old Lake Road is just before Old Woman's Creek (from the east), and just past (from the west). If you try to get to the cache via any other road, you will end up on private property (see previous logs).The cache is NOT on private property.
While you may have to watch for poison ivy, there is no bushwhacking required (hence the terrain rating).
(My home coordinates are in the Dayton area, but there are non-muggle neighbors watching over the cache for me. If you see the folks in the cottage next door out in the yard, stop and say hi.)
