Really easy, just off the road, don't slip on the needles and pine cones. There is a wonderful host at the leecher mountain lookout booty, Mort, very friendly and informative, visiting hours between 9 and 5 pm be kind and announce yourself if you venture up there.
And the gate was open when I planted this cache, but you definitely need ground clearance and possibly 4-wheel-drive, as it is not maintained. But this cache, Leecher Incentive, was placed with Leacher lookout booty in mind, please take the opportunity to catch the view up there. Twisp and winthrop are the towns just opposite the tower from the road.
Have fun, this is a quick grab that the kids will like on your way to the lookout tower.
