Small container. NO ON STREET PARKING. Most accessible off bus route 120 or 48. you can probably find it with google maps street view.
One of what I hope to be a series of caches on bus lines. Given the cache density in the Tri-Cities and the great transit system it would already be easy to make a day of it on the bus system. Find this micro-ish container along a busy boulevard. Stealth is the real challenge. there is heavy tree cover and I couldn't get a good reading . The northerly was especially flaky. it varied from 46 12.841 to .846. Based on what I see on GoogleMaps street view I am going with the furthest North number for now. Even that one does't look quite North enough according to Google. Do not try to park and grab. AND Don't let yourself get caught parked at the nearest business. Not that they would mind, just that you might be embarrassed if someone notices your car there lol.
