The cache is located in a beautiful state forest. During the traditional summer season, there is an admission fee of about $7.00/carload for day visitors. Park also has camping and other recreational facilities. Cache can be reached without admission fee.
The Gus Memorial Geocache is dedicated to the memory of Gus, the tiny ribbon snake we released nearby in the Fall of 1991. It's not that we didn't love Gus, because we did. It was just that Mommy grew to love his food (guppies) more. So we got a fish tank.
Here is your clue:
Where there were three,
Now two there be,
Beneath a fallen cedar tree,
Where huckleberries bloom in June,
And East Creek Pond reflects the moon.
