This is the Bonus Cache that can be found by following the 5 caches that make up the series "Suzy's Star" close by.
The caches can be done in any order, but make a note of the 3 digit number on the back of each log, set them out from 1 to 5 - you will have a 15 digit number:
Add 19 to cache 2 and subtract 540 from cache 5, then fill in the following:
