Welcome to Stanley's Revenge!! You read it right - 4/4!! This cache is widely regarded as one of the toughest in the front range. If you have what it takes, you'll be amply rewarded for your efforts. The view is fantastic. The last I heard, the Air Force Academy is CLOSED to visitors. So if you want to visit, you will have to take one of the alternate routes in.
Enjoy the hike, but please be careful - "Stanley's Revenge" is one cache that might be best attempted without the kids! This is a steep and rugged trail that should be a real challenge for veteran cachers. (even tougher in the winter when you have to negotiate the ICE SLIDE).You are looking for a large white 5-gallon bucket, (of course, you might have to look underneath a rock or two!)
