Divoká voda
Táto skrýša vám ukáže areál vodných športov pod Dubňom.
Areál vodných športov pod Dubňom na Sihoti je miestom tréningov a sútaží vodných športov. Asi 450 metrov kanálu je upravených pre potreby vodákov. Tento kanál je súčasťou biokoridoru obtekajúceho neďaleké vodné dielo. V koryte kanála sú umiestnené umelé prekážky vytvárajúce divokú vodu, nad vodou je umiestnená séria bránok - dvojice zvislo visiacich tyčí upevnených na drôtoch. Nad kanálom sú postavené 2 drevené mostíky. Podľa mojich informácií bol kanál upravený svojpomocne vodákmi. V Žiline sú 3 vodácke kluby - Sokol, Žilinský klub vodákov a Vojenské športové centrum Dukla BB.
Skrýša:
Súradnice ukazujú na budovu slúžiacu vodáckemu oddielu. Skrýša sa tu nenachádza, ale je dobre ukrytá kúsok odtiaľ.
Pre výpočet jej súradníc budete musieť prejsť popri divokej vode a získať 3 indície:
Pre prístup ku kanálu doporučujem zaparkovať na mieste PARK pri konečnej zastávke autobusu č.29. Prejdite ku korytu Váhu, na waypointe označenom KORYTO sú akési schodíky, ktorými sa rýchlejšie dostanete dole k rieke. Ďalej pokračujte po ceste smerom ku STAGE1.
Ak si chcete urobiť dlhšiu prechádzku, príp. pôjdete na bicykli, môžte alternatívne prísť za suchého počasia aj od skrýše Biokoridor (GC1G6ZF) prípadne Signál (GC1XWRW) po niektorom z chodníkov popri Váhu tak že prejdete popod všetky 3 mosty (naplánujte si to pomocou google mapy), alebo z druhej strany od skrýše Fotocache (GC136MW).

V PRVOM RADE DÁVAJTE POZOR NA DETI, BREH VYZERÁ LÁKAVO!
Na STAGE1 sa nachádza betónový valec. Spočítajte kovové stĺpiky držiace drôty s bránkami medzi týmto valcom a najbližším mostíkom (ten so strieškou). Počítajte iba na pravom brehu (tam kde je valec). Toto je číslo A. Pokračujte po pravom brehu proti prúdu ku ďalšiemu rovnakému valcu a spočítajte kovové stĺpiky medzi týmito 2 valcami (znova len na pravom brehu). Toto číslo je zase B.
Na STAGE2 ste prešli cez ďaľší drevený mostík. Všimnite si jeho betónovú pätku na ľavej strane brehu. Trčia z nej asi 10cm dlhé kovové pásy. Spočítajte ich. To je číslo C. Pre overenie - na opačnej strane mosta ich je 3x menej.
Precvičte si matematiku a môžte ísť ku skrýši. Určite ju nehľadajte nikde na brehu kanála alebo rieky. Súradnice skrýše sú:

Whitewater
This cache will show you a whitewater training place in Zilina.
The whitewater training place is a 1400 feet long water canal used by the watermen. The canal is a part of bio-corridor bypassing the waterwork - Zilina dam. It contains 2 wooden bridges, boulders and a gates (series of double-poles suspended vertically over the river). The gates are attached to the wire held by the metal posts. The canal was modified for this purpose by the sport club. There are 3 water sport clubs in Zilina.
The cache:
Coordinates lead to a building used by the water sport club. The cache is not there, but it is hidden not far from this place.
You have to walk by the whitewater canal and collect 3 clues to calculate the final coordinates:
To access the canal I recommend you to park on a parking place PARK near the last stop of the bus line #29. Go to river-basin of the Vah river via the waypoint KORYTO. Follow to the direction of STAGE1.
If You want to have a longer walk or You will go by bike, it is possible to get here during dry weather from the cache Biokoridor (GC1G6ZF) or Signál (GC1XWRW) by some of the tracks near the river and pass under all 3 bridges (check at google maps), or from the cache Fotocache (GC136MW) from the other side.

There is a concrete barrel on STAGE1. Count the metal posts holding the gates between the barrel and the nearest wooden gate (the one with roof). Count on the right side of water only (the side with the barrel). This number is A. Continue walking on the right side of water up the river until you reach the next barrel. The number of posts between the two barrels is the number B. Count again on the right side only.
You have passed the river over the other wooden bridge on the STAGE2. Note its concrete base on the left side of the river. There are some 4 inches long metal plates visible on it. Count them to get the number C. You can check - the count is 3 times more as on the other side of this bridge.
Do the math exercise and proceed to the cache. Do not seek it on the waterside in any case. The final coordinates of the cache:
