Geocache Description:

We recently lost our lovebird "Tiki," so this cache is dedicated to her.

She's been part of our family for the last 10 years and is our geocaching mascot. She is missed greatly, so we thought this hide would be appropriate.

This cache is a small lock-n-lock that the Tiki-Twins won at the "Friends of Newaygo" event this spring. They helped place it and chose the stamp.

This cache is in Burton Street Park.
The driveway is shared between the park and the local property owner who owns the land on the west side of the drive.
(So the west side is private property).

This is a Letterbox Cache, please bring your personalized stamp, to stamp our log book. If you do not have one, you may use the one provided in the cache, however, please do not remove the stamp or ink pad from the cache. The idea of a Letterbox Cache, is for you to bring your own personlized stamp, and use it to stamp our log book (along with signing it), and then you use the stamp provided in the cache to stamp Your log book that you brought with you. Your log book is one that you take to all of the Letterbox Caches you have visited, collecting all of the stamped pictures in. Each Letterbox Cache stamp's picture is unique for each Letterbox Cache you visit. The cache is not at the posted coords, but they are the best spot to park, and the starting location for the letterbox style directions.

Here's the directions to find the cache:
From the posted coords you need to travel at 271 degrees for about 28 paces. There are two large trees here that both have two large trunks near the bottom. You should be at the more northerly one. From here, you should be able to spot a small grove of 6 medium-small trees on the top of a little hill at about 200 degrees. Go to the middle one. From here travel about 27 paces at 250 degrees to the cache.

Hope you have fun!
