The coordinates above are NOT for the location of the cache. They are a random spot on the east side of Erie. Do not bother going there, you will not find anything.
The difficulty rating for this one is for the hide, not for the p;uzzle. It is very easy to determine the actual cache location. Simply solve the puzzle below. I have tried looking at this puzzle on several computers, and one of them distorts the letters on the puzzle. If this happens try increasing the screen magnification (lower right on the screen). If you continue to have problems let me know, and I will e-mail you the puzzle.
The container is listed as a small. It is actually a little larger than a typical "small", but not as large as an ammo box. It is initially stocked with some new swag and three travel bugs.
