Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden in Parc Penallta, a reclaimed spoil tip of the former Penallta Colliery. The highlight of the park is an earth sculpture of a pit pony which is about 200 metres long.
It also contains a wetland area, different trails to explore and many wooden and metal sculptures which are scattered around the park. This area is a favourite of my family and we spend many an hour here walking and cycling.

You are looking for a small micro which is itself hidden in an unusual container and in plain view.The cache is approachable either on foot or by cycle. There is ample car parking available and National Cycle Network number 47 runs through the park. I have placed a first to find unactivated micro geo coin and a red poppy lapel badge in the cache. If you are ftf could you only take one of the items and leave the other for somebody else. Good luck !
