Park at big rock at the entrance to Muller Park. Please use trails when hunting this cache.

Come One. Come All. Meet the Eternal Tormentor! There is a backpack for the first to find to keep filled with evil goodies that can be used for EVIL purposes should you so choose(nothing dangerous or illegal according to GC) Please feel free to take the netting after the backpack is gone and use it as a decoration or to camo one of your own caches.
