Boston Mine Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

soloyo: Mrs Soloyo made the hike to the cache this morning and it seems to have disappeared. It hasn’t been logged in a year and we can no longer effectively maintain it so we are not going to replace it.

Geocache Description:

This is another of my wife's favorite hikes. Beautiful mountains and if you go in the fall the mountains will be ablaze with wonderful aspen color. The hike into the cache is not particularly difficult but there is about 600 foot of elevation gain in just under 2 miles.
The cache is bigger than an Altoid tin but smaller than an ammo box. It is a tin camoed box. It contains a nice deck of cards for the first to find and a few miscellaneous trinkets.
Winter time hunting might be marginal depending on deepness of snow. The site is certainly accessible via cross country skies or snow shoes

I made the hike to replace the cache. I moved the cache slightly so maybe it won't be muggled. While the old coordinates will get you close the new coordinates are N 39 24.795 W 106 08.815
