Cache Effect: Nailing/Screwing a Geocache to a privately owned telephone pole is not allowed without explicit permission from the property owner.
I'm going to archive this cache for that reason. If the owner is able to fix the cache issues and receive permission for the placement they can contact me and request that I unarchive the cache.

This cache has been placed for the BTTCAR1:Boomtown Trail Cache and Release 1 Caches will be released to the public on September 23, but should not be located prior to 6 p.m. on September 24th. The caches for the event are released early so that the caching community has an opportunity to solve puzzles and plan their routes prior to the event start.
This a multi-hydrant cache that requires a small drive through New Sarepta to 3 of their gussied up fire hydrants. The above coordinates are for the FINAL cache, however it is highly recommended that you visit the hydrants first, as you need numbers from each hydrant in order to open the combo lock at the final cache. The final cache is located in an electrical box, and requires a correct combination for the lock in order to access the cache. This cache was inspired by the Multi-pole cache in Erskine, AB by Plan B. Hydrant 1: Blue Magoo is ice-cold, but that does not bother Magoo, for he likes to skate. Lucky guy! For he is located right in front of the New Sarepta Agriplex. He can hear the sounds of skates on ice near-by. The question is: Does Blue Magoo have what it takes to be the next Taylor Hall? On the top ring of the hydrant, look for the volume of Blue. Take note of the whole number(X): (X 1/4 VO). X=the first number in the combo lock. Hydrant 2: Sweet Sally is in prayer. Remembering a special someone that was lost. Sweet Sally is located off centre street. The clue you need from this hydrant is on the back at the bottom. You are looking for the inscribed year of the hydrant. Take note of only the last number of that year. (200Y). Y= the second number in the combo lock. Hydrant 3: Kiss the Cook! Come on. The cook deserves to be kissed after cooking delicious food for our bellies. Okay, but, maybe don't kiss the hydrant. Kiss the Cook hydrant is located just off centre street. The clue you need from this hydrant is on the back on the bottom. Find the number(s) that starts with the year 1972... The number you need is referred to as X. (1972-1X.) Permission granted to hide the cache close to Joesph Lake Campground.
