Geocache Description:

If you look carefully you will see an old KY right of way monolith within 25 feet of the cache.  I wonder which side of the old marker is the right of way since it is located between two roads.  This marker was an inspiration to create my own monument of sorts.

The 3.2 mile long Hike Bike Pike is a combination of packed gravel and blacktop which runs along Lick Creek and Highway 245.  If you decide to hike or bike this trail be aware that this is not a loop trail and you will need to return along the same path for a total of 6.4 miles.  Parking for the trailhead is located at N37 55.540 W085 39.180.

You are looking for a slightly unusual cache container.

This cache has been approved by Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest.  Bernheim has established guidelines and a permitting process for this type of  activity. Details are available at Bernheim.org.
