Utsikt / Friområde Ringveien.
Dette er ett friområde som ligger usjenert til på en knaus på
utsiden av Ringveien. Her vil dere finne 1 benk dere kan hvile dere
på og en fordypning i fjellet som kan minne om en gammel vaktpost /
skyttergrav under krigen. Herifra kan dere se byen, Urheia, utover
havet med Stangholmen i front og mot sandnes.
Friområde:
Friområde er i Norge et geografisk avgrenset areal som er regulert
av kommunen (eller en ideell organisasjon) til friluftsliv i
henhold til Plan- og bygningsloven. Regulering til friområde brukes
gjerne for å sikre allmenheten tilgang til attraktive arealer nær
tettbebygde områder. Det gjelder spesielt områder som egner seg for
badeliv, sportsfiske, lek og turgåing til fots og på ski. Arealene
kan ligge på privat grunn, eller de kan være i offentlig eie, eller
av (halv)offentlige organisasjoner som Oslofjordens Friluftsråd.
I mange tilfelle er friområder utstyrt med offentlige toaletter
og tilrettelagt adkomst, f.eks. brygger for småbåter.

This is a recreational area that is secluded on a hill outside
the Ring Road. Here you will find a bench you can rest on you and a
specialization in the mountain that resembles an old sentry /
trenches during the war. From here you can see the city, Urheia,
beyond the sea with Stangholmen in the front and the phoenix.

The village green in Norway is a geographically defined area
that is regulated by the municipality (or a nonprofit organization)
to outdoor activities in accordance with the Planning and Building
Act. Regulation of recreational area is often used to ensure public
access to attractive areas near urban areas. It is especially areas
that are suitable for swimming, fishing, playing and walking on
foot and on skis. The areas can be located on private land, or they
may be in public ownership, or by (semi-) public organizations that
Oslofjord Outdoor Recreation Council. In many cases, open areas
equipped with public restrooms and handicapped access, eg. piers
for small boats.
