You wont find the US MIlitary Academy at the end of this road, but you will find ample parking and a trail head that will lead you through beautiful water and marsh views, with Stony Creek and the Thimble Islands in the distance. Your total distance from car to Cache is less than 1000 ft. Watch out for "Trolleys", but they are few and far between. You can have a "Swinging" time on your walk to the site. Cache holds a log and a few small items. PLEASE leave the MONKEY in the Cache, and leave the Cache EXACTLY as you found it. Thanks. BYOP for signing the log.
