Park up on Crane Moor Road,outside the Methodist chapel and enter via the public footpath listed. Follow the well trodden path to the right (avoiding dog poop and cow pats!). Enter the first of two fields and walk up to the styal at the top,go over it and turn immediately left. There is a styal in the corner and on the other side of it,it can get quite overgrown and boggy so wear appropriate footwear/clothing). Once over this styal,walk across the field to the lone oak tree.
