Geocache Description:

Welcome to G and C's Just Plane Crazy Mystery Series, Propeller Edition. Enjoy! Congratulations go out to 4 Dogs and a Dad for the Co-FTF! Woo-hoo!

The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates!  Going there will not help you find this cache.  However, solving the easy puzzle below will reveal the caches true coordinates, and have you on your way to signing the log.

The cache is at the following coordinates:

N(a)(b) (c)(d).(e)(f)(g)
W(s)(t)(u) (v)(w).(x)(y)(z)

Solve the puzzle for the numbers that correspond with the lower-cased letters above, and you will have your cache.

Piper PA-(v)(b)  An American, twin engine, light aircraft produced by Piper.  Originally built in 1971, still being built today.  This aircraft is primarily used for personal and business flying.

Mooney M2(c)  A low wing, tricycle gear, piston prop aircraft, this family of planes has been manufactured for over 50 years.  It was designated the 2(c) because it was the 2(c)th design of aircraft by Al Mooney.  Although this airplane has been built with three different fuselage lengths, all of them are four seat aircraft.

Bombardier Dash-(f)  Originally built by de Havilland Canada, this twin engine turboprop airplane was introduced in 1984.  Built as an improvement over the Dash-7, de Havilland
focused on improving cruise performance and lowering operational costs.

Piper PA-(t)(g)  Most commonly used for bush flying, banner towing, and glider towing, this aircraft is a two seat, single engine monoplane.  Introduced in 1949, over 9,000 of these airplanes were built in its 40 years of production.

Cessna 33(d)  This center line thrust aircraft is built around the "push-pull" design.  Originally produced in May of 1963, it is famous for its distinctive sound as the rear propeller slices through turbulent air from the front prop and over the airframe, while its nose propeller addresses undisturbed air.

Grumman HU-(s)(e)  An improvement of the design of the Grumman Mallard, this aircraft was designed to land in open ocean.  Considered a large, twin engine amphibious boat, there is a yearly fly in for these aircraft in Boulder City, Nevada.

Beechcraft (x)(y)  This twin-engine fixed wing aircraft built by Beechcraft has two turbocharged piston engines that also pressurize the airplanes cabin with bleed air.  Originally distributed in 1968, it was created to fill Beechcrafts gap between the Baron and the Queen Air airplanes.

Piper PA-(w)4  This twin engine light aircraft built by Piper has seen three different production phases: 1979-82, 89-90, and 2005-present.  It is primarily used as a multi-engine training aircraft.  G&C got his multi-engine commercial instrument training done in this aircraft.

Douglas DC-(a)  This American, fixed wing, propeller-driven aircraft's speed and range revolutionized air transport in the 1930s and 1940s. Because of its lasting impact on the airline industry and World War II, it is generally regarded as one of the most significant transport aircraft ever made.

Cessna (z)(u)2  This four-seat, single-engine, high-wing aircraft is the most successful mass produced light aircraft in history.  Well over 43,000 of these aircraft have been built since its introduction in 1956.  They are in production to this day.  G&C got his private pilots license and instrument ratings done in this airplane.

The cache itself is a small container, easily found when at the coordinates.  However, it can be a pretty high traffic area during the day time and weekends because of the nearby store, and where you are makes you look a little weird anyway.  Please do not try to make this grab without looking around you first!  Parking is right next to the cache, so you should be able to use your car to block yourself from peoples views.  Please take advantage of this hint, as grabbing this cache without being seen will be VERY difficult if anyone is around.  And of course, please place it back carefully, and as you found it (or as you know it should be if the last person put it back carelessly).  Oh, and good luck!
