Geocache Description:

This is a veteran memorial that was erected and dedicated by the
American Legion Post #35 and the Garrard County Civil Defense on
May 29, 1972.

There are a couple of big guns that have obviously come from a war ship. I hope to find out more detail about these in the near future and post on this cache. I have always been surprised that there is not already a cache here so now there is.

You will have to park either South or North of the cache in one of the business parking lots and walk the sidewalk to the cache. There is no street parking in this area. You will have to bring your own scribbling instrument.

Be sure to put the nano back exactly where you found it.

Congratulations TTA990 for FTF! It took over 4 months but finally this cache is found!
