Active Aging Week 2010 - September 20 - 26, 2010 hosted by Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main Street in Damariscotta.

Add another dimension to the active aging skills you've learned by taking a hike along the Miles Wellness Path and locating a cache that has been placed along the pathway to better health.

The Miles Wellness Path located on the Miles Healthcare Campus in Damariscotta offers one the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors as one moves from one exercise station to another. An easy path to follow for those who want to walk in a safe environment or for those who want to combine walking and running with strength building and balance exercises and activities while seeking an Active Aging Week Cache. If you are the first one to find the Wellness Path Cache bring the Living Well button to the Center and receive your prize.
